He is the only person I know who can be in a crowded room with lots of conversation and he can hear when the A/C fan kicks on or off. He notices when a neighbor has rust colored stains on shingles because their drain pan in their attic-based blower unit is clogged and water is coming out at the wrong place. He sees problems before they happen. He usually diagnoses my problems over the phone and if he can walk me through resolving it, he does so.

Donald installed electronic devices in our attic air ducts that automatically open and close louvers in the duct work that either allow or block air flow to certain rooms, and he added several thermostats to our house. Now, we only cool those rooms that we use. Since our 8 children have all grown and left home, we are saving a lot of money each month on the A/C bill by not cooling rooms that are not occupied. I can control all our thermostats from my phone.

When the dreaded C****d pandemic occurred, Donald installed special units in our attic (and at our church) that subjected all air to UV light and then added zinc ions to the air. Those zinc ions settled on everything in the house, killing airborne viruses and has reduced the potential for disease in our home.
